I am just writing to say thanks to Shaun and the team for all your help over the last year, with the supply of MEWP’S and operators to our various sites.
Site access has not always been easy but with your assistance we have always managed to find a solution.
It is a great help that you have a machine for all matters, and the operators are well trained and friendly and always willing to offer any advice if asked for an opinion.
The operators can put some nervous people at ease who might not have been in a cherry picker before.
Your operators have gone through the controls and shown our staff how to operate the MEWP in case there is an issue with the machine, luckily we have never had any issues on site.
I am happy to say that if I was looking to hire another MEWP and operator I would recommend IAS to anyone in the trade.
We are looking to get some of our staff trained in using MEWPs in the future and again we are hoping that IAS can accommodate us.

Used Industrial access systems on 4 occasions, the latest last week. Found Shaun helpful & thorough on how to use the machines. We had a few hiccups by our own error but Shaun talked us through it if anything happened. I’ve used three of the units ranging from the smallest to largest, can’t fault them if you use them correctly. Got another job in August coming up & look forward to using it.
